Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Coffeeboy Club. We stand behind everything we put out — and if something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with tags attached (where applicable)

To initiate a return, contact us at coffeeboyclub@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Coffee beans and consumable products (for hygiene and freshness reasons)
  • Vinyl records that have been opened or played
  • Sale or discounted items marked as final sale

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for apparel and merchandise items in the event of a sizing issue or manufacturing defect. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at coffeeboyclub@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We'll sort it out promptly.
