Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)

We ship nationwide across Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.

  • Peninsular Malaysia: estimated 2–5 business days
  • Sabah & Sarawak: estimated 5–10 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected countries. International delivery timelines vary by destination and are typically 7–21 business days. Coffeeboy Club is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or delays caused by customs clearance — these are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your delivery status.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the parcel may be returned to us. Re-delivery charges will apply. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us at coffeeboyclub@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate with the courier.
